“The Gathering of the Faithful” reflects the dark side of when people blindly follow a person, group, or religion.

I changed the opacity on most of the footage to look a little darker, and I used Effects. The “Church with Crosses” footage I used Lumetri Color – Fuji F125, and Cinespace 100. For the “Man in Temple” footage I used Lumetri Color – Fuji F125, and Monochrome Normal Contrast. The “Puppet” footage I used a Mask with Compound Blur, and Blur Lighting Effects Spotlight. For the “Flower Blossom Time Lapse” I used Color Balance (RGB), and Lumetri Color.

I chose the font “Trattatello” because I thought it suited the doom and gloom vibe of my video. The lower case “g” looks like a noose.

I found an excellent sound clip by Eric Matyas on www.soundimage.org that fit my video perfectly. Of course I had to rearrange the position and timing of my clips to match the music. The clip I used was listed under Horror/Surreal category, and sounds dark and ominous. It reminds me of the music at the beginning of the movie “The Shinning”.
