This was designed in Illustrator. Since I love surrealism, of course I would choose Salvador Dali to put on my postage stamps.

 

I did an Image Trace of Dali and his signature. After choosing my color styles, I then added a Mosaic Tile Effect, and adjusted tile size and grout width.
